"WindArt was presented by the Atlantic Center for the Arts. It is the culmination of a 3-week "Artist in Residency" program where kitemakers and artists come together to create some amazing things. This festival was very much different from other kite festivals we've been to. Each flying piece was an original artwork. There were rairly any store-bought kites in the air. This was truly a unique experience. "

WINDART KITE FESTIVAL - The festival will follow a three week artist-in-residence program at the Atlantic Center for the Arts called WINDART.
